Hi, my name is Josie, and I’m a geoscience major at Skidmore College. I’m excited to be at Coastal Rivers this summer as the Water Resources Intern and to learn more about water quality testing, as it is something I’ve always been curious about. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, doing puzzles, and going on walks/hikes.
Josie is conducting water quality monitoring at the ponds and lakes in Lincoln County, and supporting our eelgrass restoration efforts and horseshoe crab research.
Oliver B, hailing from California with family ties to the area, recently graduated from Georgetown University. He is supporting the stewardship team and conducting surveys to help us better understand trail use and visitor experience.
Oliver J will be a high school senior at Lincoln Academy this fall. Also supporting the stewardship team, he is focused on trail building and maintenance.
