Climate Action

Introduction

Woolly Bear (aka Isabella Tiger Moth) caterpillarCoastal Rivers Conservation Trust recognizes the importance of confronting climate change to enhance local social and ecological resilience. We are committed to serving as a regional leader on climate issues through both internal and external initiatives.

Confronting climate change is central to our organization’s strategic plan, and Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust’s Board adopted the 2023-2030 Climate Action Plan (CAP) in June 2023.

Coastal Rivers is taking steps to reduce its environmental impact, serve its community, and conserve and steward lands with climate change in mind.
