Apple Cider Pressing

October 16, 2021 @ 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Free
pile of apples

Back by popular demand! You bring the apples, we provide the tools and know-how.

Bring your own apples and jugs, and use our cider press to make your own delicious apple cider to take home. In addition to the press, we will supply a wash station and instructions.

Keep in mind cider freezes well, so consider making extra for a hot winter drink!

There are three 45-minute slots available for each group (up to 6 people).

A friendly disclaimer: Fresh-pressed apple cider tastes amazing. However, you should know that drinking unpasteurized apple cider may pose a health risk. Making sure your apples are washed is important, but may not eliminate harmful bacteria or viruses if any are present.

Health & Safety

To protect the health and safety of our staff and program participants of all ages, we require that all participants who are eligible be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. You’ll be asked to confirm your vaccination status during registration.

How to register

Registration is full for this event. Please contact Sarah Gladu if you’d like to schedule another time to use the press.
