Owls of Maine
Now that the leaves are gone, this is a great time to discover where our owls have been roosting! Join Coastal Rivers naturalist Angela DesVeaux at Coastal Rivers Salt Bay Farm for a gentle walk to discover owl habitat and learn fun facts about these amazing apex predators. We’ll have binoculars and owl books for you to borrow. Back at the Nature Center, dissect an owl pellet and learn about what your owl may have eaten!
Geared for ages 5-10 and their grown-up, though all are welcome.
We love dogs, but ask that you leave them at home for this program.
