February Vacation Camp – Winter Wonderland
February 19-22, 8:30 a.m.– 3:30 p.m. For children ages 6-11. Go dogsledding, build a quinzhee (winter shelter), and track animals. Learn all about Maine’s wildlife in winter, explore forests and fields, go sledding, create art projects and do some nature journaling.
Participants will need to bring snacks, lunch, and warm outdoor gear. Pre-registration is due one week before the session starts, although earlier registration is recommended as these sessions tend to fill up quickly. Fee: $180, or $160 for members at the Mussel level or above.
