Celebrate Great Maine Outdoor Weekend with a hike at Crooked Farm Preserve in Bristol, led jointly by Pemaquid Watershed Association (PWA) and Damariscotta River Association (DRA).
Join the fun and hike or snowshoe, weather depending, on the beautiful trails along the Pemaquid River with DRA Education Director Sarah Gladu, and PWA Crooked Farm Preserve Steward Jim Hatch. Look for birds, ducks and tracks in the snow in the woods, on the river and along the trail.
Duration 2 hours. Bring water and appropriate walking shoes, boots, and/or snowshoes. Binoculars and cameras are encouraged. This co-sponsored PWA and DRA hike is free and family-friendly, suitable for all ages.
