Guided hike at Pemaquid Pond Preserve

January 11 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Free
snowshoe hare tracks in snow

A gentle wooded walk to the shores of Pemaquid Pond

Join Naturalist Sarah Gladu to explore Pemaquid Pond Preserve in Bremen. Enjoy the lookout on the Pemaquid River, search for animal tracks and signs, and learn about how animals survive in the winter. We will look for signs of porcupines, weasels, white-tailed deer and fox among others. You never know what we might see!

Good footwear for walking and water is recommended. Ticks may be present even in winter, so please take precautions and be sure to check yourself over after our outing.

We love dogs, but ask that you leave them at home for this guided hike.

Weather contingencies: We will reschedule as needed only for severe weather. If there are any changes, we’ll notify those who are registered by email and post an update on this page.

Please register using the form below.
