Guided hike at Tracy Shore

April 11 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

Woodland stream at Tracy Shore

Cascading streams and dramatic views of cove and river

Join Naturalist Sarah Gladu and fellow nature enthusiasts for a gentle hike at Tracy Shore Preserve in South Bristol. We will meander through coastal forests, visit a woodland stream and a vernal pool, and step out on a bluff over-looking the estuary. If we are lucky, the vernal pool will have active wood frogs and spotted salamanders.

Good footwear for walking and water is recommended. There may be ticks around, so please take precautions and be sure to check yourself over after our outing.

We love dogs, but ask that you leave them at home for this guided hike.

Weather contingencies: We will reschedule as needed only for severe weather. If there are any changes, we’ll notify those who are registered by email and post an update on this page.
