Come learn about new housing opportunities in the Twin Villages! Join the towns of Damariscotta and Newcastle at 6pm on August 3 at Inn Along the Way to learn more about the workforce housing and first-responder housing concepts that are currently underway. These projects are being undertaken as a result of two grants, a ME DECD Housing Opportunity Program Grant and a Lincoln County ARPA Grant.
Sites that are under design include:
- Damariscotta Fire Station
- Newcastle Fire Station
- Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust (intersection of Church St/Main St)
