Spring Saunters: Keyes Woods
March 9 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeStroll the banks of the Pemaquid River
Join naturalist Sarah Gladu for a walk at Keyes Woods Preserve in Bristol. The aim of these “Spring Saunters” guided hikes is to learn about nature through observation and conversation. Enjoy a meandering walk through the forest, along a hemlock-shaded stream, down to the shores of the Pemaquid River, while keeping an eye out for early signs of spring and wildlife.
Please come prepared with boots and water, and dress for the weather. We love dogs, but ask that you leave them at home for this guided hike.
Weather contingencies: We will reschedule as needed only for severe weather. If there are any changes, we’ll notify those who are registered by email and post an update on this page.
