March Mini-camp – Forest Adventures
March 14-15, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (AOS 93 schools closed). For children ages 6-11. Tap a tree, make maple sugar and explore the woods. Learn all about Maine’s wildlife in winter, explore forests and fields, go sledding if weather permits, create art projects and do some nature journaling.
Participants will need to bring snacks, lunch, and warm outdoor gear. Pre-registration is due one week before the session starts, although earlier registration is recommended as these sessions tend to fill up quickly. Fee: $90, or $80 for members at the Mussel level or above.
