Astonish and amaze your friends with fascinating tidepool trivia.
Join Sarah Gladu and Angela DesVeaux live for an online naturalist-led exploration of the shores of Great Salt Bay. Bring your questions, curiosity and perhaps your own discoveries to share.
Did you know that barnacles cement their heads to rocks? Or that razor clams can propel themselves out of their holes and become (slightly) airborne? Or that sand fleas are perhaps the fastest animals on EARTH? This program will arm you with interesting information with which to amaze your friends and family members the next time you take them to the shore!
If you’ve found something interesting and would like to share or ask about it during the program, email Sarah with your question(s) at least 24 hours before the program at sgladu@coastalrivers.org, and include a photograph if possible.
All ages welcome!
