Salt Bay Farm is a local favorite in wintertime, for good reason! Whether you favor the gentle hill in front of the farmhouse or choose to take your chances on the big hill, or just want to take a gentle walk/ski/snowshoe on the trails, there’s something for everyone.

We invite you to come enjoy the snow with sledding, a campfire, and marshmallows, and hot cocoa courtesy of Bangor Savings Bank. Bring your own sleds, or borrow one of ours (also thanks to Bangor Savings!)

If there is enough snow, you can even borrow a pair of snowshoes to try (first come, first served).

Nature Center restrooms will be available during the pop-up parties, though the building is not otherwise open to the public at this time.
