Join wild foods enthusiast Russ Cohen, author of the book Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten, for a walk, on which participants will identify at least twenty species of edible wild plants.

Cohen will provide keys to the identification of each species, along with information on edibility, when to harvest, preparation methods, and guidelines for safe and environmentally-responsible foraging.
