NOTE – new date, time & location
Mud season is upon us! The forecast calls for an inch of rain on March 12 (the original date of this program), and the trail at Keyes Woods is already quite muddy. For our own comfort and to prevent damage to the trail, this guided hike will instead take place at the Bristol Recreational Trail from 2-4PM on the following Saturday, March 19.
Join naturalist Sarah Gladu to look for signs of spring along the Bristol Recreation Trail, owned by the town of Bristol and maintained by Coastal Rivers. This is a beautiful trail that follows the shoreline of the tidal Pemaquid River, with some lovely stream crossings along the way.
Keep an eye out for a hike at Keyes Woods this summer.
We love dogs, but ask that you leave them at home for this guided hike.
Weather contingencies: We will reschedule as needed only for severe weather. If there are any changes, we’ll notify those who are registered by email and post an update on this page.
Health & Safety
To protect the health and safety of our staff and program participants of all ages, we require that all participants who are eligible be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. You’ll be asked to confirm your vaccination status during registration.
