We are switching it up this month and will be having our Trail Tamers™ workday on Saturday, September 30th, from 10am-12pm. We will focus our efforts on some much needed trimming and trail maintenance at Salt Bay Farm in Damariscotta. The vegetation is thriving after the wet summer we’ve had!

We plan to meet at the preserve parking lot, which is located at 110 Belvedere Rd, Damariscotta, ME 04543. As with all Coastal Rivers work parties, safety is our top priority. Please bring necessary personal protective equipment such as sturdy footwear, eye protection, gloves, and bug spray. The trails have been quite muddy, so boots are recommended! We will have various hand tools and other necessary equipment to complete the tasks at hand, but feel free to bring your favorite pair of loppers or pruners, and/or a hand saw!
