The setting sun will illuminate the “sky dance” spring courtship ritual of these unusual-looking, seldom-seen birds. To enjoy the display, bring binoculars and a lightweight folding chair, and dress for the weather. We’ll introduce you to the woodcock’s peculiar life story, and lead you on a short walk in a natural area. Registration required. Note new start time 7:00 PM.
