If we are lucky, the vernal pool will have active wood frogs and spotted salamanders.

Seal Cove offers many interesting experiences including a fern-filled ravine that feels primeval, rocky outcroppings, coastal spruce forests, and sweeping views of the Damariscotta estuary.
