Given the threat that climate change poses to the ecology of the midcoast region and to us, Coastal Rivers invites friends and neighbors to gather and discuss what this new reality means for us both as individuals and as a collective. What are our best features, those that should be protected or should be made even better? What changes does the community anticipate, and what should we do about them? At this meeting, we will discuss strengths and weaknesses of Damariscotta's existing bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and the importance of recreational amenities for community health.
