If we are lucky, the vernal pool will have active wood frogs and spotted salamanders.

Seal Cove offers many interesting experiences including a fern-filled ravine that feels primeval, rocky outcroppings, coastal spruce forests, and sweeping views of the Damariscotta estuary. Along the way, we'll notice how the estuary influences the forest and vice versa.
