Oyster Gardening

Grow your own oysters, from spat to table

Six weeks of evening classes in April/May of year one of the program are followed by regular oyster tending sessions throughout two growing seasons (April through November).

Class size is limited to 10 individuals or households.

The next session of Oyster Gardening will be offered in 2026.
